A major letting at State House, Dale Street, Liverpool will see a significant new hotel opening in the central business district in Autumn 2012.
Our retail and leisure team has agreed a letting of the top three floors of State House to hotel operator Z Hotels. A new lease for a term of 35 years has been granted on some 14,600 sq ft of former office space.
All the hotel rooms will include free wi-fi, flat screen TVs with Sky Sports and Sky Movies, hand-crafted beds and power showers.
In addition, a new self-contained entrance vestibule from North John Street will be created together with a mezzanine of some 1,846 sq ft.
