Andrew joined Mason Owen in 1997 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2000.

As a Director of the practice, he heads up the Business Premises Department which provides agency, professional and valuation advice in respect to both office and industrial property.

Andrew's particular field of experience lies in office and industrial agency where over the course of the last 14 years he has acted for both landlords and tenants in the disposal and acquisition of accommodation throughout the region. Recently he represented Liverpool Football Club in the acquisition of their new City Centre office which at nearly 30,000 sq ft was the largest letting in Liverpool in 2010.

Andrew also uses his knowledge to advise clients on landlord and tenant matters such as rent reviews and lease renewals and is regularly required to provide valuation advice to funders and clients.

Andrew is an RICS Registered Valuer.

Mark Coulthurst Bsc MRICS

Mark has over 20 years experience in the North West commercial property market qualifying as a chartered surveyor in 1991.

Joined the Business space team in November 2011 and is primarily responsible for developing and servicing industrial property related matters including developments, sales, lettings and acquisitions & for providing long term strategic advice to clients.

Mark also regularly advises both Landlords & Tenants on lease renewals and rent reviews and undertakes commercial valuations for both private clients and Institutional lenders.

Mark is an RICS Registered Valuer.
