Canada House

CLIENT: Private Trust

Canada House, a detached Grade II listed building on Chepstow Street in Manchester was constructed in 1909 in Art Nouveau style. Originally a warehouse it is now used predominantly as Office space.

Clad externally in decorative glazed terracotta, the steel-framed building is an architectural gem. Mason Owen, acting for a private trust fund, is preparing a planned preventative maintenance strategy including the design and administration of repair works.
