We have extensive experience in all aspects of Compulsory Purchase matters, ranging from town centre redevelopment schemes, through major road and rail schemes, to urban regeneration projects. We act for both acquiring authorities and those affected by the service of a CPO.

Receipt of a CPO notice whether expected or not can wreak havoc on the best laid business plans. At Mason Owen we know how to take control of a situation and ensure that all our clients' interests are safeguarded. We're just as happy to represent an individual building owner or occupier as we are to represent a body of interested parties. Our experience has seen us involved in some of the region's biggest infrastructure projects of recent years.
