A member of the Asset Management team, Sarah manages a portfolio of properties including various retail units and multi-let office blocks in the Merseyside area. She is also assisting a colleague with the management of a Shopping Precinct in Cotgrave, Nottingham. Throughout her training she has also assisted with rent reviews and lease renewals on properties within the portfolio.

Mark qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2000, and joined Mason Owen in 2002.

Now a Senior Partner of Mason Owen, Mark specialises in property asset management, advising retained landlord clients on all aspects of property management. Mark advised Dransfield Properties Limited in the set up and management of two brand new in town shopping centre developments at Sanderson Arcade, Morpeth, and Marshalls Yard, Gainsborough. This has included a full advisory role for the establishment of management systems including service charge accounts.

Mark also advises individual clients on landlord and tenant issues, including the negotiation of rent reviews and lease renewals.
