A serviced office development within a converted dockland property in Birkenhead was assessed for the 2010 Rating List by way of 31 individual assessments with a total aggregate Rateable Value of £37,930.
Following our involvement the passing rents were re-analysed by the Valuation Office Agency and agreement reached to reduce all 31 assessments. The resulting aggregate Rateable Value is £20,605 which represents a 45.6% reduction in assessment.
